Payments and Billing

Billing is handled at the Organization level. We require a valid credit or debit card on file while your account is active. You may also split billing between multiple cards.If your subscription payment does not go through you have a 30 day grace period to make payment before your account is paused. 

Paused and Deleted Accounts

You may Pause your account at any time. You will not be billed during this period, however, to reactivate your account you must settle any outstanding balance accrued prior to pausing your account.Deleted accounts are fully removed from the Appraisal Bureau system and all data associated to the account is removed. Generating Appraisal Reports

Once your artwork has been valued, supporting documentation including sales comparables and a market analysis are stored in our database. Each appraisal subscription includes Fair Market Value and Retail Replacement Values. Account Permissions

Organizations have Administrators and Members.Administrators – have full access, including organization settings.Members – cannot make changes to the organization, remove members or delete the account.Workspaces are created by Organization Admins. Appraisal Subscriptions

Once you have created your organization, at least one workspace, and uploaded your artworks, you may subscribe to our valuations. Our appraisals are USPAP compliant and validated by a minimum of two (human) appraisers. Select the frequency you prefer, and the valuations will be automatically updated on each artwork page.
