Payments and Billing

Billing is handled at the Organization level. We require a valid credit or debit card on file while your account is active. You may also split billing between multiple cards.If your subscription payment does not go through you have a 30 day grace period to make payment before your account is paused. 

Paused and Deleted Accounts

You may Pause your account at any time. You will not be billed during this period, however, to reactivate your account you must settle any outstanding balance accrued prior to pausing your account.Deleted accounts are fully removed from the Appraisal Bureau system and all data associated to the account is removed.
