Generating Appraisal Reports

Once your artwork has been valued, supporting documentation including sales comparables and a market analysis are stored in our database. Each appraisal subscription includes Fair Market Value and Retail Replacement Values. Appraisal Reports are available on demand instantly at no additional charge.

How to generate an Appraisal Report -

• On the Portfolio page, select the artwork(s) to be included in the Report
• From the ‘bulk action’ dropdown, select Generate Report. You will be prompted to enter relevant information as needed, such as the Effective Date or the legal names of the artwork owners.
• The Report will be saved in your Document Center. Here you can download the Report or share access directly to other users including your service providers. Only Workspace Managers have access to the Document Center.
